I’m learning how to write in Sütterlin script :)

A brief history:

It was commissioned to be made from a Prussian designer back in the early 1900’s, and is a branch of the black gothic lettering I think we all know. It was banned in 1941 by the Nazi party in Germany because it was “made by a Jew” (which it really wasn’t). It then was sparsely used, until it fell out of use some time later.


This is a really cool way of writing! It’s rather unique and has a deep history behind it as well!
